SUBSTANCE: cutting tip 6 is secured by turning bolt 12 found on clamp made in from of tube 9 and is pressed down, teeth made on symmetrically arranged clamp shoulders, to surface 3 and bevelled surfaces of two projections on housing 1. Damping of vibrations and impact loads in operation is provided by interaction of surface of cutting tip 6 with teeth 10, provision of pack of plate springs and location of one of projections of housing at side of front edge of attachment tail piece 2.
