FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: sectional cutter has holder with tail-piece, movable and stationary supports with strip having non-through slot located between supports. Slot in combination with cantilever type clamping part form together socket for cutting member. Cutter also has strip fastening unit installed on holder and cutting member fastening unit intended for interaction with aforesaid cantilever type part of strip. Movable support is made up of two separate parts, and one of them is intended for interaction with cutting member fastening unit, and other part is intended for interaction with strip fastening unit.
