FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: siphons are made in the form of concentric beginning sections of outlet pipes forming a cone, and end sections of suction pipes placed in the body. Beginning sections of suction pipes and end sections of outlet pipes are installed in adjacent reservoirs close to their bottom. Difference in laying depth between collecting reservoirs and receiving reservoir is equal to the sum of pressure drops on system sections between them. Open ends of suction pipes in siphons are located over bottom level of gravity-flowing collectors if the place where they join to receiving reservoirs. Siphon outlet pipes of the latter are connected to centrifugal pumps suctions. EFFECT: economical. 2 dwg
