SUBSTANCE: in solar-energy plant using a radiation detector and solar radiation concentrating system orienting on the sun, having primary concentrators, that bring radiation into sharp focuses on focal plane, and secondary reflectors 4, having a common focus with the primary concentrators and made as bodies of revolution around their axis of symmetry directed towards the radiator deflector, the primary concentrators are made for synchronous turning around their focuses. The common radiation detector can be positioned between the concentrators and reflectors, or can be brought outside the focal plane. Fresnel lenses can be used as concentrators, and paraboloids and hyperboloids can be used as reflectors. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 6 dwg
