FIELD: aeronautical engineering for delivery of payload from carrier aeroplane with high accuracy for destruction of any obstacles and obstructions in extreme situations, at natural calamities, as well as for destruction of firm defensive barriers and works, like reinforced-concrete aircraft shelters, hangars, runways, etc. SUBSTANCE: controllable air vehicle has a weathercock and nose compartment with laser target seeker electronic unit and laser homing head computer, payload bay with the actuating mechanism located in its bottom part, as well as the tail section, on which four tailplanes with extending stabilizer fins and four aerodynamic rudders are secured X-wise. Additionally installed in succession between the nose compartment and payload bay is a compartment with tailplanes in the form of a truncated cone with diameter of conjugation with the nose compartment equal to 0.575 of the air vehicle gauge, height equal to 0.55 of the air vehicle gauge, and generating line forming with the air vehicle longitudinal axis an angle of 11 deg. and nose intermediate compartment made as a truncated cone, whose diameter of conjugation with the additional compartment makes up 0.8 of the air vehicle gauge, height equals 0.5 of the air vehicle gauge, and the angle between the generating line and longitudinal axis of the air vehicle being and with the length of the tip chord of each tailplane equal to 0.475 of the gauge of the air vehicle, at a sweep angle of the leading and trailing edges of each tailplane equal to 60 deg. and maximum span of two open tailplanes symmetrically arranged relative to the air vehicle axis equal to 1.10 of the air vehicle gauge. The payload bay is a component part of the air vehicle fuselage. The center of masses of the air vehicle is positioned at a distance of 4.53 to 4.54 of the air vehicle gauge from the front extremity of the weathercock. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 3 dwg
