FIELD: geodesy. SUBSTANCE: device has laser, collimator, non-disturbed reflector, diffraction element in form of a cylinder, and registering photoelectric device. Laser beam, after being reflected from the mirror of the non-disturbed reflector, diffracts twice onto diffraction element, and produced diffraction-interference pattern, which has asymmetrical left and right parts in general case. Value of angular turn is calculated from disposition of maximums of interference pattern. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 4 dwg
