It also has gripping levers and is connected with the end of the load-carrying rope by a tubular rod fitted with an additional cut-off mechanism. The main cut-off mechanism is secured on the tubular rod and, like the additional mechanism, has the form of a circular saw provided with a spiral chamfer on the top.
