One end of said shaft is rigidly connected with middle portion of a vertical axle free-mounted on the vertical axle of U-shaped holder 18 with articulated joints for fastening handle 2. It also has a bushing, a coupling with a fork, a worm-gear transmission with a drive, and a bevel-gear drive. The coupling with the fork is movably installed on the splines of the horizontal shaft between the bushing and the worm wheel which is rigidly linked with gear 13 of the bevel gear drive while bevel gear 20 of the transmission is free-mounted on the vertical axle and rigidly connected with the U-shaped holder 18.
