Rod 2 provided with advancing mechanism is positioned coaxially inside body 1 and has axial passage 13 to receive pin. Catches 9 are pivotally positioned at end of rod 2 on both sides from its axis. Body 1 has bevelled end portion, diametrically located openings and inclined guides 11 for catches 9, and key. Washer 28 is disposed on body 1.
