The inner conical surface of nut 3 is directed towards outer conical surface 5 of clamping cams 6. Outer surface 7 of cams 6 forms the right angle with working surface 8 of cams 6 and is directed towards plane 9 of nut 4 vertical to the collet axis. Cams 6 are mounted between nuts 3 and 4 in the slots of collet 1. Holes 10 are made in the upper corner of cams 6. Ring-shaped spring 11 is placed in the holes.
