FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: aim of the innovation is to create a rather simple, ecologically pure method of making the molding materials both with a binder and without it with high strength at the statistical deflection with the conservation of good water resistance. The method includes the blank molding in the press-mold with the height equal to 4-15 heights of the finished product at 18-80 C and at the pressure of 0.1-300 MPa. The hot compaction is carried out at 90-220 C and the pressure of 0.1-300 MPa. The closed volume has the height equal to 1-8 heights of the finished product.
