FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive axle suspension is made up of two crosspieces and two levers. Crosspieces are fixed on an axle body and positioned parallel to longitudinal axle of a vehicle. By one end each lever is coupled with a crosspiece by means of first cylindrical hinge positioned along crosspiece. By the other end the lever is coupled with a frame bracket by means of second cylindrical hinge parallel to the first one. Both levers are mounted on their respective hinges with restriction of longitudinal replacement. Relative position of suspension hinge points in vertical cross plane of a vehicle forms isosceles trapeze. Given design improves arrangement conditions and at the same time reduces metal usage.
