Abstract RU 2163209 C1

FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, multipurpose vehicle has engine, clutch, gearbox and transfer case, all mounted on frame, steering linkage and wheel suspension and power takeoff device. Shafts of transfer case are coupled with locking differentials of driving axles. Power takeoff device has winch installed between axles and coupled with drive unit of power takeoff rear shaft. Open section of sidemembers is found at frame outer side, sleeve of each axle is connected by flanges to vertical walls of sidemembers from inner side of frame, and wheel propeller shafts are passed through holes in vertical walls of sidemembers and are coupled with wheels through final drives. Independent torsion suspension of each wheel has four levers connected to wheel. All wheels are steerable and are mechanically coupled with steering linkage made for disengagement of rear axle wheels and fixing the wheels relative to frame along vehicle centerline. Steering linkage has wheel tie-rod for each wheel coupled by one end with wheel and by other end with first arm of swinging bell crank, other arms for wheels of one axle are interconnected by tie-rod. Swinging bell cranks of one side are intercoupled by means of three articulated rods. Spool pair of steering hydraulic distributor is mechanically coupled with one of extreme rods mentioned above. Other extreme rod in zone of front axle is made variable in length to adjust rear wheel turning angle and is furnished with lock arrangement when coupling with front axle steering linkage members is cut off.
