SUBSTANCE: the process comprises oxidizing arylamines for 4 hours, contacting an arylamine solution in an organic solvent such as chloroform, benzene or a mixture thereof, dichloroethane (the volumetric ratio is 1:1, 1:4 and 1:2) with aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide, sodium tungstate dihydrate and phosphoric acid (the molar ratio is 1: 8.8: 0.1:0.36) at 50-60 C.
