FIELD: hydraulic structures. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1 with hoist 21 and drive 22 installed on the frame. The device has also mechanism of forced impregnation of breadth 14 of roll material with glue composition, driving shaft 11 with barrel 12 to holding ropes 24, and roll trolley 4. EFFECT: the device provides mechanized intensive impregnation of the roll material with glue composition, and provides intensity of impregnation process depending on material porosity and viscosity of the used glue composition, transporting impregnated breadth along the slope under way, and compacting the breadth to slope surface; in so doing, all the process to work underwater surface is realized without manual labour in underwater conditions, and transporting the breadth impregnated with glue composition is carried out using roll trolley descending along the slope under gravity and held with ropes; the device allows one also to apply crack resistant multilayer hydraulic insulating coating in one pass of the roll trolley. 3 cl, 5 dwg
