FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of frame with adjustable trapezoidal cross section; cloth is unwound from lateral drums and adhesive is applied by means of adhesive applying mechanism, then cloth deflecting in its plane is pressed to lateral sides of canal by bearing-travelling mechanism. Adhesive is similarly applied on cloth delivered from middle drum in rear portion of device, after which cloth is laid on this surface of canal by means of hold-down mechanism. Surfaces of canal are cleaned preliminarily by means of cleaning cylindrical brushes operated by drive mounted in front portion of device. Adhesive is kept in reservoirs installed in front and rear portion of device; in its front portion, device is provided with jet former fitted with funnel facing rear portion of the device; in its middle portion, device is provided with vertical transverse plate secured for vertical displacement and fixation, vertical sheathing boards secured to frame on sides in parallel with longitudinal axis of device; secured to upper edges of these boards by means of hinges are concrete distribution boards interconnected by means of hinges and equipped with mechanism for changing angular position of concrete distribution boards relative to one another.
