Abstract RU 2044865 C1

FIELD: gas producing industry, applicable in prevention of scaling in tubings of gas wells. SUBSTANCE: hollow of intermediate vessel 19 in hydraulically communicated with automatic unit 21 whose outlet is simultaneously communicated by means of pneumatic lines with membrane actuating mechanisms of shut-off valves 18 and 23. Pipeline communicating settling hollow 7 of separator with discharge line has siphon pipe 17. Throttling unit 8 of separator 1 is made in form of open hemisphere facing upward with its convex surface. Nozzles 10 are tangentially secured to outer edges of convex surface. Inner surface of hemisphere has entrainment trap 11. Installed in upper part of separator 1 above entrainment trap 12 is baffle 13. Baffle 13 is made in form of cylindrical shell with external flanging in upper part. Nozzles 10 of throttling unit 8 are installed at acute angle to horizontal and made conical, and outlet end has bevel cut facing hemisphere inner space. Length of nozzles 10 exceeds their diameter by, at least, seven-ten times. Entrainment trap 11 of throttling unit 8 is made in form of plate-type bent semirings installed at acute angle to horizontal and displaced relative to one another through 90 deg. Amount of separated fluid required for final moistening of gas in metering to tubing-casing annulus is within 50-100 l/day and is calculated for each well depending on concentrate thermodynamic conditions and deficiency of moisture content. Process of self-feed of separated fluid treated with magnetic field is accomplished by closed process cycle. No effluents to atmosphere polluting environment are registered.
