FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive of the bench is provided with make-up pump 5 and slide valve 11 with additional maximum pressure valve 12 which connects lines 9,10 with the drain alternatively. The pump has maximum pressure valve 6 hydraulically coupled with lines 9,10 through check valves 7,8 and kinematically connected with controllable hydraulic machine 3. The controllable valve 15 is mounted in line 9 between the sites of connection of check valves 7,8 with lines 9,10 and safety valve 13 of rotation regime. Slide valve 11 is mounted between the sites of connection of hydraulic machine 4 and safety valve 14 of braking regime. The threshold level of maximum pressure valve 6 exceeds the threshold level of additional maximum pressure valve 12. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 1 dwg
