FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: reference generator, the second automatically controlled generator, the second control circuit, subtracting and scaling units are introduced into the device. In this case frequency non-stability of the generators are stabilized under effect of de-stabilizing factors, as a result, precision of measurements is increased when measuring relatively low moisture contents. Measurement range is equal to 0-10% moisture content with 0,05% precision. Digital indication does not require calibration tables. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 2 dwg
