INDUCTIVE POSITION TRANSMITTER WITH ACTIVE MOVING PART Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01R27/28

Abstract RU 2782151 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electromagnetic sensors of angular and linear position of the induction type, and can be used as part of precision electric drives of robotic and mechatronic systems, metalworking machines, navigation systems, industrial automation. An inductive position sensor containing a fixed and moving parts capable of moving relative to each other, in which the control system, the transmitting resonant circuit and the receiving windings of the coarse and fine reading channels are located on the fixed part, the receiving resonant circuit, the electronic circuit and the transmitting windings of the channels are located in the moving part rough and fine readings. In this case, the composition of the electronic circuit located on the moving part of the sensor includes a phase-locked loop controlled by changing the frequency of the supply voltage (excitation frequency) of the transmitting resonant circuit of the fixed part and controlling the choice of the transmitting channel for fine or coarse reading of the moving part of the sensor.

EFFECT: increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of determining the position.
