FIELD: vibroseismic exploration. SUBSTANCE: seismic vibrations are excited in the range of 1 to 20 Hz, seismic signal is recorded for three components simultaneously at one or more points of observation before and after excitation of seismic vibrations; seismic background is used as seismic signal; presence of deposit is recognized by increase in area under curve of mutual spectrum of like-polarity components in recording seismic background upon excitation of seismic vibrations as compared to that recorded before excitation. EFFECT: improved validity of detection of oil or gas deposits. 12 dwg
