FIELD: drug preparation of natural materials. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mechanically removing wool coating from velvet antlers of Siberian stag or sika deer, then performing two times roll-type disintegration of velvet antlers up to particles no more, than 0.1 mm, processing the particles, had been received, by 50% ethyl alcohol and by 0.5%-acetic acid with use of filtration over 2-3 hours. The method is characterized by a step of roll-type disintegration of dried velvet antlers with cutis integument up to particles with size (5-10) mm and then secondary disintegration of them by rolling up to particle size no more, than 0.1 mm, and treating the particles, had been disintegrated, by filtration over 2-3 hours.
