FIELD: linings of ore mills, namely, linings in which material for armor plates is used in form of rubber in combination with magnetic members. SUBSTANCE: magnetic lining includes rubber plates and means for fastening these plates to body. Plates are two-layer. Lower layer adjacent to body is made of magnetically hard rubber and magnetized with value of magnetic energy (BH)max = 5-10 kJ/m3, and upper working layer is made of ethylene copolymer with polar monomer. Rubber plate may have in the corners and in center ceramic magnets embedded by vulcanization. Working copolymer layer may be filled with ferrite powder and magnetized with value of magnetic energy (BH)max = 5-10 kJ/m3. EFFECT: higher strength of fastening of lining to body with preservation of simple mounting- dismantling and increased service life of lining plates. 3 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl
