FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: thermal elestoplastic material in combination with polyurethaneacetal is used in manufacturing process as binder. Carbon acids and/or their esters and/or salts are used in the capacity of modifying additives. Material contains, per cent by mass: thermal elastoplastic material 4.0-7.8; polyurethaneacetal 2.0-8.0; modifying additives 0.1-2.5; magnetically hard ferrite being the balance. Material enables permanent magnets to be produced from barium ferrite with maximum magnetic energy 1.1 MGs Oe, strontium ferrite - with maximum magnetic energy 1.35-1.70 MGs Oe. Material shows high value of flow index which makes it possible to manufacture permanent magnets from it by die casting. EFFECT: enhanced magnetic parameters of material and simplified technology of manufacture of articles. 1 tbl
