FIELD: material grinding processes; applicable in construction and food industries, mechanical engineering and other industries. SUBSTANCE: grinder of materials has toroidal body mounted on frame and having loading and unloading ports, working member located in toroidal body in form of spiral and material duct communicating by chord the loading and unloading ports. Loading port has regulated metering device, and unloading port has sieve made in form of flexible perforated member convex into hollow of toroidal body. One part of spiral of working member conjugated with material duct and sieve is eccentric to working member axis. Toroidal body is connected with material duct for relative motion in plane longitudinal to axis of body cylindrical ring. Chord rigidity of toroidal body amounts to 0.5-1.4 of transverse rigidity of part of spiral of working member conjugated with material duct and sieve. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
