System is further provided with reducer 16, asynchronous engine 17, beam roll rotational speed detector 18, pin 19 of lever 4, spring 20, coupling 21, angle detector 22, transistor inverter 23, beam roll engine current detectors 24,25, rectifier 26, engine current control unit 27 having summer 28, comparison unit 29, current regulator 30, clocking signal generator 31, pulse-length modulator 32, predetermined current generating unit 33 having cosine function generator 34, sine function generator 35, multiplier 36, summer unit 37, inphase current setting unit 38, orthophase current amplifier 39 and synchronizing frequency regulator 40, speed regulator 41, comparison unit 42, tension regulator 43, filtering unit 44, comparison unit 45, tension setting unit 46, phase-sensitive converter 47, reference signal generator 48, return signal unit 49, doffer speed detector 50.
