SUBSTANCE: products: compounds of the formula (I) where X oxygen or sulfur, R chlorine, bromine; R₁,, R₂,, R₃ are independently each of other hydrogen or C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₄ hydrogen, hydroxy, C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₃ and R₄ together mean carbonyl (= O) at condition that R₁,, R₂, R₅,, R₆ all are C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₅ hydrogen, C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₆ hydrogen, C₁-C₄-alkyl, C₁-C₄-alkylthio or C₁-C₄-alkylsulfonyl at condition that when R₆--C₁-C₄-alkylsulfonyl then R₃ and R₄ together are not carbonyl; R₇ methyl or ethyl; R₈ halogen, nitro or R_bSO_n, where n 0 or 2; R_b-C₁-C₃-alkyl or its salt.
