FIELD: road building machines. SUBSTANCE: frame 1 of basic machine carries pushing levers 2 which couple frame 1 with frame 8 of working tool with the aid of universal joints 3, 4 and 5 and struts. Apart them mechanism has hydraulic cylinders 9 for lifting and lowering of working tool also coupling frame of basic machine to frame of working tool means of universal joints 10 and 11. Fixture limiting movements of working tool relative to frame of basic machine in lateral direction is fabricated in the form of slider 12 and guides 13 oriented vertically, positioned on frames of basic machine and working tool and kinematically intercoupled. For realization of cocking of working tool one of struts is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder hydraulically coupled to hydraulic system controlling working tool.
