MECHANISM FOR SUSPENSION OF WORKING TOOL Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: road construction machines. SUBSTANCE: mechanism for suspension of working tool is provided with pushing levers 8 coupling with the aid of hinges 9 and 10 frame 4 of basic machine to lower part of working tool. In this case vertical guide 1 is installed in central part of machine and is coupled to its frame with lower part by means of horizontal hinge 11 and in upper part by means of inclination hydraulic cylinder 6. Kinematic coupling of slider 2 of vertical guide 1 to working tool 3 is accomplished with the aid of universal joint 12. Hydraulic cylinder 7 of lateral cocking kinematically couples working tool 3 to frame 4 of basic machine. Compensator of lateral cocking manufactured in the form of hydraulic cylinder 14 with spring-loaded piston 15 is installed between hydraulic cylinder 7 and hydraulic control valve 13 in parallel to them. For unloading of vertical guide 1 of side actions in its upper part it is put into guide 16 oriented along longitudinal axis of machine and attached to its frame 4.
