Hydraulic turbines and water receptors are installed close to windows on mobile bases. Gates made fast to bases shut windows while bases move upwards. Constantly open "ecological" window for passage of fish and other river biota is formed above door. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced installation cost and improved functional efficiency. 4 dwg
