FIELD: harpoon throwing at underwater hunting due to compressed-air energy. SUBSTANCE: to inject air into the receiver manually, it is necessary to push the brake bushing as for as it will go. As a result, the barrel comes over the breechblock sealing ring and, moving forward, presses the spring-loaded washer with a rod secured on it. The washer reaches the inner surface of the rear plug, the rod moves out and forms a line dropping gear. The thrower turns and fixes the barrel. Then the brake bushing is unscrewed through 7-8 revolutions, the harpoon is screwed in the piston seat, and the piston is pushed through up to the stop against the breechblock. Air to be found in the barrel gets compressed and penetrates through the radial holes in the barrel under a hose, which lets it through into the receiver, and at the back motion of the piston cuts off compressed air in the receiver from the barrel space beyond the piston. Then, for air injection the harpoon is withdrawn until the piston comes out of the barrel and drawn in the barrel again up to the stop against the breechblock. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
