FIELD: solution of artificial intelligence problems. SUBSTANCE: novel architecture makes it possible to execute operations during simulation of neuron networks with coding disperse concerning only lines of interneuron bond matrices corresponding to excited neurons. In addition, new architecture provides for controlling activity of neuron-like network by simple means which causes appearance of new useful properties of neuron network simulators. EFFECT: improved speed, enlarged class of simulated neutron networks due to use of new architecture of device. 4 dwg
