FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes daily administering 100 g of sugar with unlimited intake of water. Duration and periodicity of medicinal starvation depend on patient's age, namely: 72 h each alternate month in age of 18 to 38, 168 to 360 h in 2 3 month intervals in age of 38 to 50 and 360 to 600 h in 2 3 month intervals in age over 50. For scaling up effectiveness, this method further prescribes administering from 15 to 20 cu. cm aqueous solution of salts of microelements once a day during starvation. This solution includes 500 to 700 mkg/ml copper chloride, 2500 to 3000 mkg/ml zinc chloride, 1000 to 1100 mkg/ml cobalt chloride, 400 to 600 mkg/ml manganese chloride, 25000 to 30000 sodium or potassium silicate, 10 to 20 mkg/ml indium chloride and 0.05 to 0.1 mkg/ml chromium chloride. Disclosed method further prescribes taking in aqueous solution of microelements in dose of 15 to 20 cu. cm once or two times a week. EFFECT: excellent results.
