Moreover, one should apply rational therapy and metaphors. It is necessary to develop a hypothetical image due to applying suggestive impact, neurolinguistic programming and metaphors. As the above-mentioned hypothetical image it is necessary to develop the image "My ideal image" - a patient's image after finishing the instruction conducted. It is necessary to fix hypothetical image daily due to training one's imagination, with the help of a verbal anchor, visual-motor reaction due to writing a manuscript diary and doing exercise called "mirror" being approaches to a mirror to find only positive daily alterations in oneself. The innovation suggested enables to develop the habits of self-regulation on correcting one's body weight and fix the present self-regulation skills on correcting body weight and strengthen these habits for the next period of life in such persons.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of instruction.
