FIELD: medicine, in particular, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes adding 50 to 75 mg adenonosine triphosphate and 3.5 to 4.7 g/l sodium chloride to 1 l of medicinal preparation to be injected into coronary arteries (final concentration: 200 to 220 mmol. Test results obtained show that use of ion contrast preparations added with adenosine triphosphate and sodium chloride in above concentrations prevents arrhythmia and disorders in heart contractile function at administration of contrast compounds into coronary arteries.
