SUBSTANCE: cardiac arrest requires a cardiac perfusion of the Ringer's solution. And the solution is added with one of histidine containing peptides: homocarnosine concentrated 1-10 mM, or acetylcarnosine concentrated 10-25 mM, or anserine concentrated 10-25 mM, or acetylanserine concentrated 10-25 mM, or ophidine concentrated 0-25 mM.

EFFECT: method allows providing complete contractile cardiac function arrested by ischemia without intensifying myoglobin and adenosine loss, and increased left ventricle pressure.
