CONTINUOUS EXTRACTOR FOR SOLID-BODY-LIQUID SYSTEM Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2045981 C1

FIELD: extraction of organic products. SUBSTANCE: extractor has basic raw material and extractant charging device with two sluice units, each having hermetically sealed body, rotor with circumferentially positioned receptacles for charging liquid and solid materials. Piston with protrusion on its end is mounted in each receptacle in hermetically sealed relation with respect to rotor through gasket. Compression spring is mounted between piston end protrusion and rotor inner surface. Protrusions are engageable with cam, which is formed as truncated cone movable along line extending in parallel with cone generatrix by electric magnet, whose core is spring-biased to magnet end and is coupled with cam. Rotor is hermetically sealed with respect to body through gaskets. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
