FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: vertical take-off and landing aeroplane has fuselage with lifting propeller arranged in ring and superflywheel, engines, landing gear and wings with cruise engine fitted on one of them. Lifting propeller in ring, superflywheel, engines, drive wheels of landing gear and cruise engine are combined by common drive. Besides that, steerable wheels of landing gear are of automobile type which are connected with aeroplane control system; wings are provided with non-loaded mechanism for synchronous folding and unfolding of wing panels in air at vertical take-off and landing. EFFECT: creation of transport facility for autonomous safe flight at extra low altitudes and vertical take-off and landing on limited flat as well as on the road with opposing traffic of ground transport; this aeroplane is able to move on roads and water surface. 10 dwg
