FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotatable head is coupled with a drive. The plunger reciprocates inside the cylinder. The mechanism for locking the plunger against rotation is made up as a locking member mounted inside the cylinder for permitting reciprocation and received in the groove made in the plunger. The mechanism for converting rotation of the head into reciprocation of the plunger is made up as a carrier received in the groove. The carrier is constructed as a rotatable cog rigidly secured to the plunger. The groove is made in the inner side of the head and is constructed as a double thread. The locking member is made up as a stop bolt. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
