FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: power nut-driver is set on the nut to be loosened and working fluid is fed to the under-piston space of hydraulic cylinder 2 under pressure. The effort exerted by the fluid pressure moves piston 3 with rod 4 and affects lever 5 which turns and presses stops 10 to frames which, in turn, rotate ratchet wheel 16 by an angle. Being rotated, ratchet wheel 16 presses out dog 23 by its cogs and rotates spindle with the head for a wrench which loosens the nut by turning it by an angle. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
