FIELD: pneumatics and hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: baffle has axial opening. The piston is rigidly secured to the plunger interacting with the axial opening of the baffle and provided with the collar. The spring-loaded floating piston is concentrically mounted on the plunger between the housing baffle and plunger collar. The pistons are mounted inside the housing to define above-piston, under-piston, auxiliary spaces, and working space of low pressure. The spring of the floating piston is mounted inside the low pressure working space between the floating piston and plunger collar. The collar has the step interacting with the floating piston.
