FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, to control devices of ball valves, namely to check valves with servo drive. Check set-section valve of ball cock control system comprises body assembled from connected lower and upper end closed sections and intermediate section arranged between them, interconnected by means of first axial and second radial working channels with ball valve, control channels with control unit of ball cock and drain channel with atmosphere. Along the valve axis there is a through central cavity in which the distribution mechanism is arranged, the latter includes spring-loaded plunger with main piston and with double return slide valve in zone of first axial working channel at lower end section and in zone of drain channel at intermediate section to overlap said channels. Main piston is movably connected with plunger and arranged in chamber cavity made in control channel zone on upper end section, and under piston cavity of said chamber is communicated with atmosphere. Housing is equipped with additional section with radial control channel installed between intermediate and upper sections, having piston chamber with additional piston, under piston cavity of which is interconnected with atmosphere. Additional piston is immovably fixed between the underlying collar on the plunger and the extension, detachably connected to it, with the possibility of placement in the main piston chamber. Double return sliding device comprises a gate installed on the lower part of the plunger, made stepped with a step between the steps, with the possibility of free movement along its axis by means of a spring installed in the central cavity of the lower end section, between gate and lower end section, sleeve-slide valve installed in central cavity of lower end section, made in the form of hollow shell and pressed to gate by spring, installed in cavity of shell between sleeve-slide valve and lower end section. Sleeve-slide valve has a through hole in the bottom of the cup, with the possibility of conjugation with the pointed end of the plunger at its lower position and with the possibility of passage of working medium between two working channels at the upper position of the plunger. Triangle is installed with a gap relative to the surface of the central cavity of the lower end section and is equipped with a sealing ring of polymer material pressed to the periphery of its upper lateral side, with the possibility of interfacing with the end surface of the intermediate section of the housing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the volume of non-recurrent losses of working medium by excluding its emission during plunger movements.
