SUBSTANCE: device has barrel with lens 1, mirror prism 2, magazine 3 accommodating color light filters 4, capacitor 5, light source 6, and reflector 7, all arranged in tandem; device is provided with at least one magazine 3 mounted for rotation from drive 8 which is set of intercoupled rollers 9 connected through flexible transmission 10; magazine 3 is installed in the middle of one of sides of flexible transmission 10 for transverse vibration with respect to optical axis by means of second drive 11 made in the form of roller 12 mounted in magazine 3; drives 8 and 11 are connected to control unit 13 synchronizing rotary and vibratory motions with rhythm of musical melody.
