Current-conducting cover is designed as metal or metal-plated plastic housing of cathode-ray tube. Filtering window has transparent screen and front panel of device. Transparent screen contains transparent material with transmission factor at least 90 Its inner and/or outer surface is covered with multiple- layer current-conducting film. Perimeter and side of transparent screen contain current-conducting frame which provides continuous electric contact with front panel of device. Filtering window is rigidly attached to device housing and provides possibility to press transparent screen by cathode-ray tube against device front panel.
