CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION LINE FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING CERAMIC ARTICLES, FIRING MULTISLOT SHAFT KILN FOR BUILDING CERAMIC ARTICLES AND DRYING CHAMBER FOR BUILDING CERAMIC ARTICLES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2046708 C1

FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in the continuous production line having a molding section, drying chamber and firing kiln, the drying chamber is made in the form of elevator with a step-type drive placed in the housing of tower type and the firing kiln is made as shaft one. The carrier between the chamber and the kiln is made in the form of dead roller table enclosed into jacket one end of which is mounted over the upper face end of the kiln and the other end adjoins the chamber at the upper level of the elevator rising arm. Pusher is placed in the input of the roller table, charging manipulator is in the output. The carrier between the molding section and the chamber is made as conveyer with a step-type drive equipped with a manipulator for charging articles into the chamber. Harvesting conveyer and discharging mechanism are mounted under the lower opening of the kiln. The line has systems of forcing and suction of heated air connected with the drying chamber. The chamber housing, the roller table jacket and the kiln shaft are combined in a common counterflow air path. The line is equipped with the synchronizing mechanism of the drives of devices for transporting, charging and discharging the articles. The charging manipulator of the firing multislot shaft kiln is made in the form of the elevating and descending truck bearing boxes open from below and from the side of the article intake. Suspension in the shape of resilient plates carrying wedge-type capturing members on the lower end are fastened to the lateral walls of the boxes. The mechanism for the article discharging from the kiln has an elevating and descending table and clamping means. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of manufacturing hollow bricks. 4 cl, 22 dwg
