FIELD: building materials industry; processing lines for production of the ceramic bricks.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building materials industry, in particular, to the processing lines for manufacture of the ceramic bricks. The technical result, which may be achieved with the help of the presented invention is reduction of the equipment metal consumption, decrease of the power input and the working areas. The processing line for production of the ceramic bricks of the plastic molding consists of the line of production of the dehydrated additives and the line of production of the ceramic bricks, which are including the mounted in technological succession two clay receptacle, the conveyer, the rotating kiln, the refrigeration chamber, the tubular conveyer, the combined bucker, the elevator, the collector, the feed-screw batchers, the receiving device, four conveyers, the rollers of the fine grinding, the movable conveyor, the movable elevator with horizontal pick-up mechanism, the charge store-room, the mixer, the cut-off automatic mechanisms, the charger onto the kiln areas equipped with the multi-disk cutter, the pushing apart device and the lifting-turning device, the kiln decks with pushers for their relocation, the kiln-dryer, the hydraulic pushers, the portal discharger, the underpans for the products with the conveyer for their transportation and the transporter of delivery of the free underpans, the gas ducts with the gas purifiers, the fans, the air ducts, the sludge collector. In addition the processing line is supplied with the roller rails for relocation of the kiln decks and the hydraulic presses. The kiln-dryer is made in the U-shape with the capability of arrangement along the perimeter inside the production building in the middle of which there is the charge storeroom.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced equipment metal consumption, the decreased power input and the working areas.
