FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: vertical aerodynamic surfaces are rigidly interconnected and are located at wing tip chords for longitudinal motion. In case of failure of main on-board electrical system of flying vehicle, electric generator shafts on which crisscross aerodynamic surfaces are located get automatically unbraked and vertical surfaces move backward to horizontal surfaces and they start working together as air turbines placing the electric generator of emergency electric system of flying vehicle in operation. EFFECT: reduction of induced drag of wing and enhanced safety of flight. 9 dwg
