FIELD: flying vehicles for landing on unprepared areas.
SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle has fuselage, lifting wing and on-board of deceleration and landing units made in form of arresting hook with catch. Arresting hook is mounted for turning about transversal axis of flying vehicle and extending the catch above flying vehicle making landing. Catch of arresting hook is hooked-up by rope (cable) of stationary part of decelerating and landing units at point of landing. Axis of turn of arresting hook lies in longitudinal boundaries of average aerodynamic chord of flying vehicle wing. Flying vehicles lands on rope flying with extended arresting hook above rope so that arresting hook is caught by rope.
EFFECT: enhanced cargo carrying capacity of flying vehicle; enhanced reliability; low cost; extended field of application.
