FIELD: hydrometallurgy, processes of concentration of valuable metals and rare-earth elements, being present in solution, possibly for deionization of solutions, desalination of water and for concentrating matters upon cooling of solution. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of acting upon a solution before cooling it and at cooling it by a flux of photons, being in the form of interfering beams, in nodes of which due to photon or electron exchange a colligend is being concentrated; subsequent freezing of the solution and cutting out of internode portions by a laser beam; separating them by thawing for producing colligend concentrate and depleted solution.
