SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dry-cleaning waste products containing halogen-containing solvents, such as trichloroethylene or perchloroethylene, with water taken in the amount of 25-100% by mass. The mixture is distilled at 90-120 C. EFFECT: lower production costs.
